Who we are

This website is run by 32 Smiles Orthodontic Care, Pune ("32 Smiles", "we"). Contact: contact32smiles@gmail.com, +91 70665 47079.

What we collect

When you book a free scan we collect the details you type into the form: your name, mobile number, preferred clinic, what you are interested in, preferred day and time, any message, and whether you want WhatsApp updates. We also record the page you booked from and campaign details from the link you followed, such as utm_source.

Why we use it

• To call or message you to confirm your appointment.
• To send WhatsApp updates, only if you tick the box to ask for them.
• To understand which pages and campaigns help people book, so we can improve the site.

Where it is stored

Booking details are saved to a private Google Sheet and sent to our clinic email, both run by Google. Only 32 Smiles staff who handle appointments can see them. We do not sell your details.

Cookies and other services

If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics records anonymous visits and button taps. Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, maps from Google Maps and videos from YouTube, and those services may set cookies or log your visit under their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as we need them to arrange and follow up your care, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent for WhatsApp updates, at any time. Email contact32smiles@gmail.com and we will reply within a reasonable time, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
